The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer.

By using and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions (the ”Terms”). Please make sure you have read and understood the Terms before placing your order.



The prices displayed at do not include a delivery charge. The delivery charge for each order will be the same, regardless of the size or weight of your order. The cost for each delivery method is clearly indicated during the check-out process.

Once you have placed your order, if you have supplied us with your email address, you will receive an email confirmation.

If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, we will let you know at the earliest opportunity. If we have already received payment for such order, we will attempt to refund the applicable amount using the same method used to make the payment.


Moonage products are stocked in the Netherlands and shipped worldwide. We process your order in 1-3 days.

Shipping prices vary from € 6,95 – € 25 within Europe and between € 24,30 – € 34,30 outside Europe (standard shipping). Exact shipping prices are shown during the check-out.

Express shipping

You want to use our Moonage products as fast as possible? We understand! You can choose Express shipping during check-out. We will ship your product on the day or one day after you have placed your order.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Netherlands: 1 workday
  • Europe (big cities) 1 workday:
  • Rest of Europe: 2 – 3 days
  • Word (big cities): 2 – 3 working days
  • Rest of world: minimum of 5 – 7 workdays

Track & trace

You can easily track your order with the track and trace number you will receive from us after we have shipped your Moonage product.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct, as we are unable to re direct orders once they have been placed. Orders that are returned because of an invalid address may be reshipped at your expense. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Moonage endeavours to dispatch orders in the fastest possible time and in the order in which they are placed. Though we aim to deliver within the communicated time frame, delivery may take longer due to unexpected events. In the unlikely event the delivery time exceeds 30 days, you may cancel your order.

Before you place your order, you will be informed of the expected delivery details. Once you have placed your order, if you have supplied us with your email address, you will receive an email confirmation with your expected delivery details.

We hope that you love our Moonage products and this information will not be necessary. Moonage products can be returned within 14 days from the day you have received your order, in the original packaging with the label attached. We do not accept or accommodate a refund for used products. Return shipping costs are for the sender.

We are unable to accommodate cancellations during the order and shipping process. Kindly return the product after you have received it.

If you have received incorrect or damaged products, kindly email to with your name, order number, product number and nature of the issue. For damages, please attach a photo.



Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate refunds. You get the option to choose another product or a gift card.



With Moonage you can choose from three secure payment methods: Ideal, Paypall and Creditcard.

All product prices shown on are including taxes but excluding shipping costs.All your credit card information such as credit card number, expiration date etc. are automatically transferred via an encrypted secure system to the paymaster without Moonage or others having access to the data. Even for possible refunds the complete credit card information cannot be seen. If you pay with Visa or Mastercard additional protection is provided by special authentication methods (Verified by Visa or Mastercard Secure Code).

Credit card

You can enter your payment details at the time you place your order using a valid credit or debit card (VISA or Mastercard). The applicable amount will immediately be reserved on your card but will not be debited until the goods are dispatched.



We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including composition and colours. The colour you see will depend on your computer system, and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such all our bags are handmade, please know that there can be come irregularities in the bags as a result from the process to make this beautiful bags.
